We're an independent flooring and bed shop on Welby Street, right in the centre of Grantham. Carpet, vinyl, laminate, real wood, LVT and safety flooring, plus beds and mattresses, all under one roof.
We measure it, we quote it, and our own fitters lay it. No subcontractors you've never met turning up on the day.
One shop on Welby Street, two trades done properly. If you're doing a bedroom, you can sort the carpet and the bed in one visit, from the same people, on the same day.
Many types of floors, measured by us and fitted by our own team. Not sure what suits the room? Ring us on 01476 593199 and we'll talk it through.
Warmth underfoot and the widest choice of the lot. Lounges, bedrooms, stairs and landings.
About our carpets →
Waterproof, hard-wearing, wood and stone effects. Kitchens, bathrooms, hallways.
About LVT →
Practical, hard-wearing sheet flooring, cut and laid in one piece.
About vinyl flooring →
A hard floor look at a sensible price. Lounges, dining rooms, bedrooms.
About laminate →
Solid and engineered timber, for when nothing else will do.
About real wood →
Slip-resistant sheet vinyl for wet rooms, adapted bathrooms and commercial spaces.
About safety flooring →
Getting the subfloor right so the floor on top of it lasts.
About floor preparation →That's the reason the rest of this matters to us. We've built up a large customer base in Grantham and the villages around it, along with a good deal of commercial work, and it's come from doing the job properly rather than from advertising. Good service and a product that lasts is the whole of it.
Someone from here comes out, measures properly, and talks you through what will actually work in that room. That's free, and there's no obligation at the end of it. It also means the quote you get is based on your room, not an estimate off a floor plan.
The person who fits your floor works for us. If something isn't right, you ring us, not a number that goes to a call centre in another county.
Samples on a screen are a guess. Samples in your hand, in daylight, next to the paint colour you've already chosen, are a decision. The showroom's on Welby Street and there's free street parking nearby.
We're a Grantham business with a Grantham address. That cuts both ways, and it's the main reason the fitting gets done properly.
Every floor in this gallery is one of ours, laid in a real house, usually somewhere in or around Grantham. No stock photos, no show homes.

Plenty of people have used us for carpet for years without knowing we do beds too. Divan beds are made to order, so you come in, pick the fabric, the headboard, how many drawers you want in the base and the mattress that goes with it, and we order it in for you.
