This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately plain, because that is how we prefer to do everything.
Who we are
Welby St Carpets & Beds Limited is an independent flooring and bed shop at 59 Welby Street, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 6EA. For anything relating to this policy, call us on 01476 593199 or write to us at the address above.
What we collect and why
When you fill in our enquiry form we ask for your name, phone number, postcode, an optional email address, and some details about what you need. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a free measure if you ask for one, and to prepare your quote. That is all we use it for.
If you ring us, we may make a note of your name, number and what the job involves, for the same reasons.
What we never do
We never sell your details, and we never pass them to anyone else for marketing. Your information stays with us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records of work we have done. After that, they are deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent to them. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted where there is no good reason for us to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
